  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Trained in 2010, ongoing consultation and training, EMDR Flash in 2018, Four Blinks in 2023, learning EMDR 2.0. I specialize in this effective therapy for processing traumatic experiences and fostering emotional resilience.

  • (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): In 2020, I attended training by the Beck Institute for Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, and Mindfulness Based CBT. I provide evidence based CBT techniques to help you challenge negative thought patterns and cultivate healthier behaviors.

  • Specifically trained in CBT techniques tailored to address insomnia, I offer support and strategies to improve sleep quality and overall well being.

  • Trained by Emotional Health Institute Founder Cedric Bertelli, I can assist you in processing and resolving emotional blocks and physical discomfort to stressors, facilitating a deeper sense of freedom and emotional growth.

  • (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): Training by Behavior Tech Insitute in DBT for teens and families in 2021, I integrate mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills to help you navigate intense emotions and improve relationships.

  • Certified by Grief Expert, author, podcaster and therapist Claire Bidwell Smith in 2022, I provide compassionate support for individuals navigating the complex emotions of grief and loss.

  • Certified in 2023 by the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, I offer a supportive framework for integrating psychedelic experiences into your therapeutic journey, promoting healing and insight.

  • I provide gender affirming and trauma informed care, writing letters free of charge to support individuals in their gender transition journey. I attend training and consultation with therapists with lived experience.
